This conference continues that mission by emphasizing skill development through tailored workshops, training sessions, and opportunities to earn certification credits designed to enhance the knowledge and professional growth of workforce development practitioners.

On the other hand, the Working Together Conference (WTC) is a larger-scale event organized by the Oregon Workforce Partnership (OWP) with a broader scope. WTC brings together a diverse array of stakeholders from various sectors, including businesses, educators, government agencies, elected officials, and community organizations.
