Patty Casebolt is an officer and facilitator for The Learning Well at La Clinica, dedicated to fostering leadership and well-being within the workforce and community. Drawing on her experience as a former Chief Operating Officer, Patty utilizes a people-centered approach grounded in empathy, accountability, and shared growth. She is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and a certified facilitator specializing in high-feedback cultures and interpersonal dynamics. Her ultimate goal is to help organizations create cultures where responsibility, care, and impact flow both ways.
